Bevin Eldaphonse is a technologist whose work explores how intelligence can enable complex systems to sense, learn, coordinate and adapt. His background spans systems and aerospace engineering, artificial intelligence and machine learning, with experience across autonomous systems, robotics, cybersecurity, quantitative finance and infrastructure optimization. His work has included leading AI research teams in close collaboration with Richard Sutton, whose foundational contributions to reinforcement learning were recognized with the ACM A.M. Turing Award. Throughout his career, Bevin has worked at the intersection of advanced research and applied technology, developing and leading intelligent systems designed to translate complex technical challenges into real-world capabilities. As Chief AI Officer of Sync, he leads the architecture, research and development of intelligent capabilities across the ecosystem, exploring how AI and adaptive systems can enable infrastructure to learn, coordinate and improve over time.
